Hey there, I’m so happy you’re here!
My name is Yinka and this is where I get real about living with PCOS- Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, through storytelling and recipes curated with experience.

The Story
I started PCOSgirlies because I was tired of feeling overwhelmed, misinformed, and alone. You know that feeling when you're Googling symptoms at 2AM or wondering if your cravings, moods, or chin hairs are just “you being dramatic”? Yeah, been there. Oh Yes, PCOSgirlies was born out of that frustration and a desire to create a community and safe space where we can talk about hormones, food, emotions, and everything in between.

Here, you’ll find:
- PCOS tales where I share my own experiences and invite you to share yours too
- Friendly recipes that I have curated and don't taste like 'cardboard'
- Reflections on blood sugar, burnout, belly bloat, and all the bits we’re learning to love
But let’s be clear: I’m not a doctor, dietitian, or self-proclaimed guru. I’m just a girl who said, “I think there’s more to this,” and decided to start talking about it.
So whether you’re newly diagnosed, deep in your healing journey, or just here for the recipes (I see you), I hope you feel at home here. Let’s get through this together — one real story at a time.
Thanks for stopping by.
